Tabbed browsing makes surfing of multiple websites in a single window of Google Chrome very easy. Also, you may further select and interact with specific multiple tabs in Google Chrome as per requirement. Just select one or more tabs in opened Chrome window and perform operations like move, close, re-arrange and so on. To get started, you need to first select specific multiple tabs and then continue with required operations.
How to select multiple tabs in Google Chrome
Just hold the Ctrl key and left click on tab button at top to select multiple (specific) tabs. You can select any number (in any order) of tabs in single Google Chrome window. Selected tabs will be highlight and you can left click on specific tab again to deselect it. Once you select multiple tabs, you can perform various operations, as explained below.
Move, close, arrange multiple tabs in Google Chrome
1. Once multiple tabs are selected, you can right click on selected tab button to duplicate, reload and pin those specific tabs in Google Chrome window.
2. You can select multiple tabs using Ctrl & left click method to move them to left or right side of opened tabs in Google Chrome window. Hence arranging opened tabs become quicker and easier routine.
3. You can also launch to create new Chrome window from selected multiple tabs. Just drag selected tabs out of current window and they should appear automatically in new Google Chrome window.
Note: Besides using Ctrl & left click, you can also use Shift & left click to select multiple tabs in Google Chrome window.
