Skype 4.0 ‘Beta One’ had many users in a tight spot as it hogged full screen by default. Skype has listened to user feedback and Skype 4.0 ‘Beta Two’ brings back the compact view.
With compact view making a comeback, you can multi-task and manage different windows like chat, audio window and much more in one view. Besides fixing the ‘view’ to compact from full-screen default, other features include:
- Alerts are bigger, brighter and easier to see.
- Sort your contacts into easy to find categories.
- Redesigned profiles, conversations and instant messages.
