Majority of online users have Gmail and Google web accounts. Also, a good percentage of these users have more than 2 such web accounts. Ideally, you can login into only one Gmail or Google account at one time. Following ways can help you easily login and access multiple accounts on the same computer.
1. Official multiple ‘sign in’ Google feature

2. Session feature in Internet Explorer 8
Internet Explorer 8 has ‘Session’ feature that allow login and use of multiple web accounts (including Gmail and Google accounts). Open IE8 window and login into Gmail account. Then goto File > New Session and login into different Gmail account. More details
3. Firefox plugin Cookie Swap

You can install and use multiple browsers to open multi web accounts. For example open one Gmail account in Internet Explorer and other Gmail account in Firefox browser and so on.
