Private Web Browsing, Firefox all ready ‘p0rn mode’

ADVERTISEMENTS

Private web browsing is the most talked feature of any new or existing web browser. Often referred as ‘porn mode’, this feature can guarantee a particular web browser all the news and limelight. Well, Firefox laps up private mode (porn mode?) with release of Firefox 3.1 Beta2.

IE8 referes this as ‘in-private’ mode and other browsers too have it – be it Google Chrome or Opera. Mozilla explains it as, “…a new Private Browsing Mode that allows you to browse without Firefox storing any traces of where you’ve been – perfect for online holiday shopping!”

Perfect for online holiday shopping? Well, this can be used for more than just shopping around on the internet. One easy way to surf internet without a co-worker or co-user poking on your surfing history or desire - urge to surf porn. This is part of Firefox 3.1 Beta 2 which is intended for developers (mind it) – wait for sometime as Firefox rolls out stable version with private mode feature.
